TLDR: We’re growing too fast and need help keeping pace. Come help us build the future of email.

What is Zaymo?

Zaymo lets ecommerce marketers send emails that behave like websites. This enables in-email actions like one-click-purchasing, survey responses, and review collection that significantly increase conversion rates.

Zaymo is backed by investors like Y Combinator, the co-founder of YouTube, and others

Why Zaymo:

  • Fast growing tech startup backed by excellent investors
  • Solving the hardest problems in the email world
  • Product first company, building the best engineering team in Utah
  • Has product-market fit (100% of customers come inbound)
  • Grew 32% in November (1,455% annualized)
  • Responsible management of cash with a plan to profitability
  • You can grow your career faster in Zaymo as roles come up than you can anywhere else you are

What would make you stand out:

  1. 2+ years post-education work experience doing engineering at startups
  2. Experience developing full-stack web applications (TypeScript, Remix, AWS)
  3. Positive attitude, preference for shipping fast, ambition, and collaborative personality
  4. If you happen to be a wizard at raw HTML/CSS/AMP that would be nice. If not, we’ll teach you.

Benefits:

  • We’ll figure out the right benefits package for your situation (nothing is standard yet)
  • All the clout, responsibility, and meaning that comes with being a founding engineer
  • Stock options on top of salary
  • Relocation package to move to Utah

Culture:

  • We’re looking for someone who
    • Prefers working in person with a team
    • Looks for ways to ship fast and reduce scope
    • Is willing to work long hours to hit deadlines
    • Isn’t satisfied with the status quo
