“My mom and I did “mother/daughter” glamour shots at a local motel in a janky hotel room in the late 90s. The photographer thought it would be a lovely idea to have us sit back to back and be encircled by black and white feather boas. He also commented on my “beautiful eyes.” At the time, I actually had pink eye so maybe they appeared more green? After all these years, I look back at this picture and smile. It was weird, somewhat concerning, and ridiculously funny.”
