River Island’s beige short bubble hem trench works well styled with boyfriend jeans and a cropped rugby shirt (8), or try it with wide-leg, relaxed tailored trousers and loafers. Mango’s double-breasted khaki style looks sleek styled with an elegant dress or paired with a fit-and-flare skirt (1). H&M’s denim version (2) adds an urban edge to the trench.
